He brings a genuine passion for hospitality to the role, drawing on his background in guest services to create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Before joining the team, Alan worked as a Guest Service Agent at Le Méridien Columbus, The Joseph, where he built a reputation for turning guest concerns into five-star experiences. His interest in service and communication took root even earlier, during an internship in the Washington, D.C. office of Congresswoman Emilia Sykes, where he drafted correspondence, managed front-of-office operations, and learned firsthand the value of clear, thoughtful communication.
